Bike rack storage at corner of building, in case you like to ride along the bay, coastal hwy. or boardwalk, during your stay. All day bus passes available and bus stop near condo for easy access. Steps to the beach. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Within walking distance of many restaurants, mini golf, arcades, movie theatre, etc. Enjoy the indoor pool.

Overlook coastal highway from the balcony and enjoy the views during bike week and the spring and fall car shows. Beautiful view of the sunset.

2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo. First room has a queen bed with a single loft bed. Second room has 1 queen bed and twin bunk beds with pull out twin trundle. Pull out queen bed in living room sofa.

Both bedrooms have a TV.

Pack 'n play and folding high chair with padding, straps/harness, and food tray always at the listing

Please treat it like it was your own, so we can continue to rent, and have others enjoy our little piece of Paradise! Our goal is to keep it clean and cozy.

Please bring your own linens & toiletries.

We provide pillows and comforters for all of the beds and couch pull out, but bring your own sheets & towels.

You will also need to bring your own trash bags & paper products such as toilet paper, etc.

Pool is closed during winter months for maintenance. Typically November - March.

Access room with either steps or elevator. Wheel chair access. Bathtubs only though.

Keyless entry with passcode.

Minimum age of 25 to rent and someone 25 or over MUST be present at all times during the length of stay. When requested, ID must be provided at time of booking.

NO SMOKING - Evidence of smoking in the condo will result in a damage claim report to AirBNB. Also any damage or missing items can result in a damage claim. NO PETS ALLOWED. Condo association rule.

No parties and do not have people in the condo that are not on the list of attendees. Please note there is an exterior Ring camera outside the unit.

Due to laws and restrictions within the city of Ocean City, MD and/or during special events (e.g. Senior Week), additional information may be requested (i.e. full name, age, contact number). The primary renter will assume responsibility for any and all fines levied by the city of Ocean City, MD. Also, an additional security deposit may be requested during these times.
