Enjoy gorgeous sunsets over the bay from the spacious balcony. Northside Park is just a few blocks away! The indoor pool is perfect for rainy days or when you need to take a break from the sun.

This coastal style condo has wood-like tile flooring, a gorgeous kitchen with white kitchen cabinets, granite countertops with counter seating, a tile backsplash, new upgraded stainless appliances, and a large pantry. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen TV, a beautifully renovated master bath with a custom tile shower surround with a tile floor and a glass shower door. The 2nd full bath has been upgraded and has a new granite countertop and a ceramic tile floor. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have flat screen TVs, 1 queen and 1 full beds in one and queen size bed in the other bedroom.

There are 2 covered, assigned parking spaces and on street parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis, of course. There is even an elevator and a luggage cart for your use to transport your stuff from the car to your rental unit.

This ocean block condo is just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean and a short walk to restaurants and shopping.

The bedrooms are smart TVs so you can log into your own accounts of whatever you have

You can literally park your car and not touch it till you leave!! Walking distance to so much including grocery store, bagel shop, Fractured Prune donut shop (yum), The Crab Bag, and more. There is a stop right next door for the local bus to take you anywhere up and down Ocean City, including the boardwalk w amusement park, shopping, waterparks, miniature golf, and tons of wonderful restaurants!

Linens are available as an OPTIONAL add on. Although comforters and pillows are provided. sheets and towels can be added at a discount thru our cleaning service. Most renters in this area prefer to bring their own linens so we took it out of the rental rate and made it an optional add on.

Responsible adults over 25 and families are welcome.

Pool is closed Nov 1-March 31.

Access condo with either steps or elevator. Wheelchair access. Bathtubs only though. Keyless entry with passcode.

Please wash off your feet and legs when coming back tom the beach by using the foot shower located in front of the building.

Minimum age of 25 to rent and someone 25 or over MUST be present at all times during the length of stay. When requested, ID must be provided at time of booking.

Ideal for families, small groups, and also business travelers.

Main water may be shut off in closet in hallway. Up top, left hand side. Turn handle.

Use Amazon FireStick remote and select “Home” after turning on TV.

NO SMOKING - Evidence of smoking in the condo will result in a damage claim report to AirBNB. Also any damage or missing items can result in a damage claim. NO PETS ALLOWED. Condo association rule.

No parties and do not have people in the condo that are not on the list of attendees. Please note there is an exterior Ring camera outside the unit.

Due to laws and restrictions within the city of Ocean City, MD and/or during special events (e.g. Senior Week), additional information may be requested (i.e. full name, age, contact number). The primary renter will assume responsibility for any and all fines levied by the city of Ocean City, MD. Also, an additional security deposit may be requested during these times.
